Export and deletion

You own everything you enter into Structured IEP Workspace. You can export or delete it at any time during the pilot.

Self-serve

• Export individual IEP drafts as PDF or DOCX from the export page.
• Delete individual students, documents, or drafts from inside the app.

Workspace-level export or deletion

To request a full workspace data export (JSON + files) or a permanent deletion of all workspace data, contact support@structured-iep.app from the workspace owner's email. Requests are processed within 14 days.

Deletion removes student records, IEPs, documents, redacted copies, exports, and version snapshots. Audit log entries are retained in summary form for security and compliance, with PII removed.
